Senior Researcher

Location: Beijing

R3 is seeking a self-motivated individual for the Senior Researcher position to support us across multiple markets and multiple disciplines.

This position is based in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

The day-to-day workscope include but not limited to:

• Support local, regional consulting projects by carrying out research and analysis.

• Assist to prepare reports and to present to both internal and external parties

• Independently handle fieldwork of given projects with sufficient guidance from senior staff.

• Communicate with our agency partner on business opportunities and keep them updated

• Implement data collecting, identifying and classifying in the projects for further analytical work.

• Work closely with team consultant in data analysis and conduct related reports

• Routinely maintain and update financial database

• Conduct comprehensive data research through various channels and organize information to support give projects.

• Collaborate with colleagues from other offices/countries to provide ad-hoc support

Requirements:

• At least a Bachleor degree of Advertising, Marketing or related discipline from a reputableinstitutions. Oversea experience is a plus.

• Fluent English and excellent presentation skill.

• Proficient in MS Office, including Power Point, Excel and relative tool and software

• Must be organized and able to manage multiple work streams

• Thrives on challenges and solving problems

• Able to learn quickly and think creatively

• Agency background is plus, or knowledge in advertising market.

Core requirements:

• Statistics, Accounting or Information System background is preferred;

• Experience with data analytics is preferred;

• Critical thinking in data classification and model design;

• Sensitive in Data and Information;

• Detail focused;

• Proficiency in Excel and PPT;

• CET 6 or equivalent;
